Cancellation and Refund Policy

Domestic Orders

Cancellation Policy:

  1. Incase there is an order cancellation, please do so before it is designed (within 2 hour of order placing). After one hour the order gets processed hence it will incur design creative charges. Product charges alone will be Refunded.
  2. Once Product is ready for dispatch , there is no refund applicable.

Return Policy :

  1. If you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with, please refuse the package. Mail us at admin@nettacare.com mentioning your Order ID. The replacement will be issued to you with no additional cost. 
  2. Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.
  3. If you have to cancel an order, please do so before your order is shipped.
  4. If  you cancel your order before it has been Designed, we will refund the Product amount.
  5. Once we have received the products a quality check would be done by our team.
  6. The amount refunded to you would be only for the products not the shipping charges.
  7. We unfortunately do not have an exchange policy or refund policy for international customers.
